By noon, arrive in the coastal city of Essaouira, known for its blue-and-white medina and relaxed seaside vibe. Begin your exploration with a visit to the Skala de la Ville, the city’s sea bastions offering stunning ocean views and a glimpse of the old cannons that once guarded the port. Wander through the narrow lanes of the medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where the blend of Moorish and Portuguese architecture captivates the eye. Discover artisan workshops, galleries, and shops offering handmade crafts, from colorful carpets to intricate jewelry.
In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely seafood lunch at one of the local restaurants by the port, famous for its freshly caught fish and grilled delicacies.
